Error description

• The child node validation of vaildation disabled nodes has
  changed between RIT 8.7.0.2 and RIT 8.7.1.0 such that tests
  which previously passed can now fail.  From RIT 8.7.1.0 onwards
  a validation failure occurs when a node for which validation has
  been disabled is missing children regardless of whether those
  children themselves have validation turned on.  The customer
  would like to validate the presence of child nodes only where
  the child node is checked for validation.

• A fix for this issue was provided in version 9.0.1 of Rational
