PI64253: CBL V5.1 UNSTRING INTO NUMERIC DATA items with embedded SIGN produce different results

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using Cobol V5.1 the UNSTRING from a delimited character data
  statement into numeric data items when SIGN is NOT SEPARATE are
  producing incorrect results compared to CBL V4.
  This occurs at OPT 0,1 and 2.

  For an UNSTRING statement which has an INTO phrase with a zoned
  imbedded sign data item, the sign is incorrect.
  

Problem conclusion

• The UNSTRING statement compiler and runtime code was changed to
  correct the handling of a zoned imbedded sign receiver.
