• WMQ V800 ABEND5C6 with reason code 00C51059 at broadcast last
  close of shared queue to active queue managers in QSG.

  *                      managers, when CSQ5PQSG is called to    *
  *                      re-add a queue manager to the queue     *
  *                      sharing group.                          *
  *                      In some cases, the abend is followed    *
  *                      by abend 5C6-00C510AD in CSQELPLM       *
  *                      CSQELPLM.CSQEOCRQ and abnormal queue    *
  *                      manager termination 6C6:                *
  *                      "CSQV086E +CSQ1 QUEUE MANAGER ABNORMAL  *
  *                       TERMINATION REASON=00C510AB"           *

  When CSQ5PQSG is called with the ADD QMGR function, it attempts
  to add the data for the queue manager to DB2 and the CF. If the
  queue manager has previously run in the queue sharing group, and
  the data consequently already exists in DB2, IXCJOIN is called
  to add the XES data to the CF.
  There is a window between this IXCJOIN call and the completion
  of CSQ5PQSG where the utility can appear to be an active queue
  manager to other queue managers in the queue sharing group, and
  during this window the other queue managers can attempt to send
  XCF messages to it.
  However, as CSQ5PQSG does not use a message exit, these attempts
  fail, leading to the reported abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQ5PQSG is changed to provide a message exit, preventing the
  reported abend from occurring.
