    CCRC WAN Server: Error: Unable to set to integration activity.
    CCRC WAN Server: Error: Unable to do integration.

    The error occurs:
    1. When the target view is an automatic, dynamic, snapshot or
    web view (even though the error message itself refers to the
    "target snapshot view")
    2. If the user has run crmregister to use the ClearQuest OSLC
    REST interface with ClearCase UCM
    3. In ClearCase Explorer and Project Explorer as well, when
    using a dynamic or snapshot view as the target stream view.

    The error does not occur

    To reproduce the issue
    1. Set-up a one-image environment with the prerequisite

    Server
    2. Install ClearCase and ClearQuest v. 9.0 including the
    following features: ClearQuest Web Server, CCRC WAN Server,
    Automatic View Client & WAN Server
    3. For ClearQuest, create
       a. ClearQuest Schema Repository, such as 9.0.0
       b. ClearQuest User Database, such as SAMPL
       c. Any desired ClearQuest user ids
    4. Create a cq-db-mapfile.conf in the <ClearCase>\config\ccrc
    directory that includes a line for the SAMPL ClearQuest database
    5. Run crmregister with the -url parameter for the SAMPL
    ClearQuest database
    6. Create a ClearQuest enabled UCM project with an integration
    stream an a child development stream
    7. Create a view for each stream (whether automatic, dynamic,
    snapshot or web view)
    8. Add a file to source control via the child stream's view and,
    when prompted, create a new activity
    9. Deliver from the child stream to the integration stream's
    view

    * USERS AFFECTED:                                              *
    * User of the IBM ClearCase UCM/CQ integration. *

    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
    * The UCM/CQ integration was erroneously preventing deliver *
    * and other operations that involve CQ hooks from being *
    * performed in a CQ Web environment. An error would appear *
    * stating to use the "ClearQuest OSLC REST interface with *
    * ClearCase UCM" even when that interface was already in use. *
    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
