Error description
After upgrading to Cognos 10.2.2 FP5, Server IP Address are being recorded as 127.0.0.1 and not the actual IP Address of the server. You can see this in the Cogserver.log, as well as in the Audit Database, if you look in the COGIPF_USERLOGON Table specifically the COGIPF_HOST_IPADDR column.
