Error description

• When attempting to report against IBM Rational test products
  using the IBM Rational License Key Server (RLKS) Administration
  and Reporting Tool (ART), virtual user test licenses may be
  reported against other products or nto at all.
  
  This issue occurs because the ART agent does not have the
  information needed to link the logged license checkouts back to
  the "Virtual user package" licenses.
