PI63559: DEFAULT EXCEL FONT SIZE OF 13.5 IS UNUSUALLY LARGE IN COGNOS ANALYTICS 11.0.2

Error description

• In Cognos Analytics 11.0.0 the default font size for Excel
  report output was 10 which is a reasonable size.
  In Cognos Analytics 11.0.2 the default font size for Excel
  report output is 13.5 which is unusually large and needs to be
  manually overwritten for each report.
  

Local fix

• Instead of using the default, specify the desired font-size for
  the data by selecting the data and clicking the 'Font' button in
  the context menu.
