Error description
Queue Service Interval High Events are not generated as expected. A queue is defined with QSVCIEV(HIGH) and QSVCINT(120000). On z/OS it seems that every PUT resets the queue service interval and a trigger is only generated if no message is put within 2 minutes (either by next PUT or GET).
