PI63283: DISALLOW REFERENCE MODIFICATION OF SET ADDRESS OF IDENTIFIER-5

Error description

• Correct Compiler to identify and disallow reference
  modification of SET ADDRESS OF identifier-5 as documented in
  the COBOL Language Reference Guide.
  
  
  The Language Reference documentation states that identifier-5
  must not be reference-modified:
