• When using Synchronous Request For Mastership (SRFM) checkouts
  in an IBM Rational ClearCase Multisite environment,
  pre-operation triggers on the checkout operation do not block
  the request for mastership operation, and preop triggers on the
  request mastership operation do not fire at all.
