Rational Change Interim Fix 7 for 5.3.1.1

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• In Rational Change 5.3.1, when a query format has the Sort Type
  is set to 'listbox', the expected output is that the results are
  sorted in listbox order, that is, the order in which values
  appear in submission dialogs.
  
  When the chosen listbox is a simple listbox, reports using such
  a format are sorted as expected.  When the listbox is an
  external listbox populated by a script, the results are not
  correctly sorted in the expected listbox order.
