Error description

• Whenever the DIAGNOSE TYPE specified in the UTILITY control
  statement and the utility use the LIST contains the
  objects, the DSNUILSA puts out those lines which are only
  supposed to be for OPTION PREVIEW.

  DIAGNOSE and LISTDEF were both used with a REORG utility.  In
  the job output, extra characters:
  
   "========>  LIST CONTENTS AFTER THIS CLAUSE number"
  
  were erroneously placed in the job output after each item in the
  list had been processed by LISTDEF.
  
  This string is only supposed to be in the output when DIAGNOSE,
  LISTDEF, and OPTIONS PREVIEW are used.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to only place the string in the utility
  job output only when DIAGNOSE, LISTDEF, AND OPTIONS PREVIEW are
  specified.
