PI62624: WITH ODM ON CICS CAN GET ERROR 2195 ON HBRRULE WHEN USING MULTIPLE HBRA-CONN-AREAS

Error description

• With ODM on CICS, if program A does HBRCONN, HBRRULE, HBRDISC
  and then calls program B which does the same but using a
  different HBRA-CONN-AREA, the second HBRRULE fails with RC
  2195.
