Error description

• Under certain conditions, opening a form for a record type that
  is enabled for the Lazy loading of list view feature may produce
  java.lang.NulPointerException errors in the WAS SystemOut.log
  file and also on error messages popping up to users.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.12 and 9.0.0.2
  The conditions that caused a ClearQuest Web null pointer
  exception have been corrected and the error no longer occurs.
