PI62212: SETTING REPORT_PROGRESS_INFO TO TRUE BREAKS MATRIX FORMATTED REPORTS

Rational Change Interim Fix 7 for 5.3.1.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• if REPORT_PROGRESS_INFO  is set true, then running a
  query using matrix report will not work and a servlet fatal
  error
  on the interface and Java null pointer exception in the event
  log.
  This new feature for 5.3.1 looks useful, but had to disable it
  in
  order to allow the use of matrix reports which is used heavily.
