Error description

• Running the following security reports can pull large amounts of
  data from the database, causing UCD server memory issues,
  slowness, and unresponsiveness:
  
  Component Security
  Environment Security
  Resource Security
  Application Security
  
  This can happen if the SEC_RESOURCE_FOR_TEAM table has more than
  1 million rows.
  

Local fix

• Do not run security reports if they are causing server
  slowdowns. In an emergency, disable the reports tab for users.
