• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You will see the Pause and Cancel buttons even when your user
  does not have permissions to perform those actions. If you click
  on one of the buttons, the UI will appear to hang.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in IBM UrbanCode Deploy 6.2.1.2. The buttons
  will still appear, but a proper error message will be displayed
  when attempting to pause or cancel without permission.
