PI61303: ERROR 500 WHEN INVOKING DECISIONRUNNER

Error description

• I am getting the 500 error when invoking DecisionRunner:
  
  I then enter
  
  http://<server>:<port>/DecisionRunner
  
  This fails with:
  HTTP ERROR 500
  
  Problem accessing /DecisionRunner/. Reason:
      The absolute uri:
  http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core
   cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed
  with this application
  
  Reason is that jstl and standard libraries are missing in the
  Decision Runner
  WAR.
