  To enable LE support in CICS, a CSD group CEE is added to the
  grouplist DFHLIST to include these static definitions. Problems
  have been seen when upgrading z/OS release because the CICS LE
  definitions need to reflect the z/OS level.
  The ability to autoinstall these definitions would eliminate
  these problems.
  Also the need for static definitions meant that this resulted
  in a large number of unnecessary definitions being installed.
