APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Synergy Cache has been installed and configured per the
  documentation. ccm_cache -status on the cache server machine
  reports that the cache server is online. However ccm
  cache_server -check on the Synergy server incorrectly reports
  the cache server is offline even though the cache server is
  online.
  
  This occurs when the caches server is online but before it is
  populated. The message returned in this situation should give a
  better message indicating that the server is online but not
  populated.
  

Local fix

• Work around: The cache can be populated by deleting files the
  work area of a project with static files and then syncing the
  work area of the project.
