PI60045: RATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPER (RBD) 9.5 SELECTONCLICK IN TEXTFIELD DOES NOT WORK

Error description

• In RBD 9.5, selectOnClick on a DojoTextField does not work as
  expected, when a onMouseDown-listener is attached to the field.
  Action: Click on an input text field with property selectOnClick
  = true
  Expected result: The text in the field should be selected
  Actual result: the text is not selected
  Double click selects the text
  

Local fix

• There is a workaround by setting attribute for the textfield
  widget  to allow the propagation:
  function start()
          txtField.setAttribute("enablePropagation", true);
  end
