• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After upgrading from a previous version of UCD, you will not be
  able to view the Configuration tab. Instead, "An error has
  occurred" will block the left pane of the configuration tab. You
  will see an HTTP request that returned a 500 error in the
  browser's console, and a NullPointerException in the server
  logs.
