PI59869: Large output properties can make agent relays unresponsive

Error description

• If a step runs on an agent connecting through an agent relay,
  and the step's post processing script creates a huge output
  property, then the relay can become unresponsive while
  processing it. Other agents connected through the relay may be
  unable to come online, do work, or respond to connection tests.
  This error is particularly common if the post processing script
  is configured to write the entire output log to a property, and
  the output log is very large.
  

Local fix

• Modify the post processing script so that the output property is
  smaller. Alternatively, increase the amount of memory available
  to activemq on the relay by modifying activemq.xml.
