Error description
In IBM Rational Software Architect (RSA) v9.0.0.1 and higher, the "Window > Preferences > Modeling > Profiles > Stereotype Attributes for Search" setting does not find stereotype attributes. The following steps recreate the problem: 1. Deploy a profile in which, for example, you have a stereotype <<Stereotype1>> on, for example, a usage relationship that has the "Attrib1" attribute 2. Go to the "Window > Preferences > Modeling > Profiles > Stereotype Attributes for Search" setting and add the "Attrib1" stereotype attribute 3. Create a model with an interface, component, and usage relationship that connects the two. 4. Apply the <<Stereotype1>> stereotype to the usage relationship and set the "Attrib1" attribute to "TestAttribute" 5. Label the usage relationship "TestUsage" 6. Perform a search with Search > Model... EXPECTED RESULT: When testing on "TestUsage" and "TestAttribute" the usage relationship and stereotype attribute are found. ACTUAL RESULT: When searching for "TestUsage", the usage relationship is found, but nothing is found when searching for "TestAttribute".
Local fix
