Error description

• In RDz 9.5, right-clicking to open the context menu while
  editing a PL/I source may not result in the context menu being
  displayed as expected, and the following NullPointerException
  may be observed in the error log:

Local fix

Problem summary

• SQL actions while editing PL/I members do not work in projects
  where project name contains a colon character.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified SQL action code to check for colon character in project
   name.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.1.3 Fix Pack which
