IBM UrbanCode Deploy Fix Pack 2 (6.2.1.2) for 6.2.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The presence of "-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8" in the agent
  installation package's <base>/bin/agent/service/_agent.cmd
  service installation script results in a working agent
  installation, but a non-working service.  The removal of this
  string allows the agent service to be installed correctly.
  

Local fix

• Remove "-Dfile.encoding=UTF-8" from the agent installation
  package's <base>/bin/agent/service/_agent.cmd service
  installation script before installing the agent as a service.
