PI59166: Update CICS TG jar signer certificate.

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The certificate used to sign the ctgclient.jar expires on 7th
  April 2016. Applets and web start applications using the CICS
  TG supplied ctgclient.jar might not work after this date.

  The default security configuration for Java running in a browser
  changed significantly in the January 2014 CPU (Oracle 7u51, IBM
  7 SR6-FP1). APAR PI07057 provided a signed ctgclient.jar, but
  the certificate used to sign the jar expires on 7th April 2016.
  

Problem conclusion

• The ctgclient.jar has been signed with new certificate. Other
  CICS TG jars that need to be signed for compatibility have also
  been signed with the new certificate.
