Error description

• The customer received an 0C4-00000004 abend:

  Cluster-sender was going into retry processing and
  rriWriteChannelCompMsg has invoked rriCommit to
  issue a commit.
  CSQXADPM has been invoked for the commit, and has
  detected that there is no cciConv for the channel,
  so fHaveConv has not been set.
  However, subsequent processing in CSQXADPM doesn't
  take notice of the fact that fHaveConv is not set
  in the case where commit process returns MQRC_BACKED_OUT,
  resulting in the 0C4.
  .
  For troubleshooting you need a MSTR and CHIN trace from
  the queue-manager to see why the commit has failed with
  MQRC_BACKED_OUT.
  However, it should not be causing the 0C4 in CSQXADPM.

  code of MQRC_BACKED_OUT cannot cause an abend to occur when
  processing a commit operation.
