APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After creating a database.sbk file using ccmdb backup, it was
  restored using ccmdb restore to a new location. The database
  appeared to work fine from Synergy after being restored.
  However, Change was unable to connect to the database.
  
  Additional research showed that the umask for ccm_root had been
  set to 0077. This resulted in the permissions on the top level
  directory of the database being 0700. This meant that the change
  user id was unable to access the database path.
  
  The ccmdb restore command should ignore the umask setting when
  restoring a database as the ccmdb unpack command does.
