  Configuration Instructions:
  event.state.check.active : data type boolean, default true The
  consistency check is active by default and can be disabled by
  setting this value to false. The properties below depend on
  event.historyconsistencycheck.active and will ONLY be used (i.e.
  operational) if it is true. event.state.check.threshold : data
  type int, default 0 The threshold value is the minimum number of
  inconsistent entries in the TSE if it is less than the
  configured value then no action will be performed.
  event.state.check.interval : data type int, time default 1 hour
  It defines the time setting used for scheduling the process of
  inconsistency checks e.g. if user wants to run it once a day
  then the value should be set to 24.
