Local fix

• Edit <hlq>.SDMHREXX(DMHI100) and change 80 to 133 in
  both places on the line:
  
  "ALLOC F(SYSPRINT) NEW DELETE LRECL(80) RECFM(F B) BLKSIZE(80)
  
  SPACE(1 1) REUSE"
  
  I.e., that line in DMHI100 should be updated to read:
  
  "ALLOC F(SYSPRINT) NEW DELETE LRECL(133) RECFM(F B)
  BLKSIZE(133) SPACE(1 1) REUSE"
  
  Then save the DMHI100 file, rerun DMHINSTL option 0, and press
  F3 to save.
  

Problem summary

• When pressing PF3 in DMHINSTL option 0, an IEC141I 013-20
  message stops the user from saving  configuration changes.
  

Problem conclusion

• RAA code was changed to create the COBOL compiler SYSPRINT DD
  using LRECL=133.
