APAR status

Error description

• If an application template has a default value for an
  application property definition, and an application is made from
  the template, the application will properly use the default
  value for the property if not changed. However, if the default
  value of the application property definition is changed on the
  template after the application has already been created, the
  application's property value will not change. This conflicts
  with the behavior seen on components and component templates.
  
  The same behavior is seen with environment templates.
