Error description

• A simple program that generates a text report after setting an
  applied variable as null throws the following error from the
  printText function at runtime:
  (16:13:30> endRunUnit TextReport (error termination) with
  returnCode=693
  (16:13:31> EGL0100E An unhandled error occurred. Error:
  java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException.
  (16:13:31> EGL0002I The error occurred in TextReport processing
  the main function.
  EGL0100E An unhandled error occurred. Error:
  java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException.
  EGL0002I The error occurred in TextReport processing the main
  function.
  
  NB: This is reported in v9.5.but was introduced from RBD
  v8.0.1.x.
