PI56648: TABBED REPORT WITH PROMPT RESULTS IN BLANK PAGE AFTER RERUN IN PDF FORMAT

Error description

• When a user runs tabbed reports with prompt first time, it runs
  successfully.
  On Cognos Viewer, click "View in PDF Format" and rerun report by
  clicking "Run Report". It ends successfully.
   Then click "View in HTML Format" shows blank page.

• - Issue can NOT be recreated without tab.
  - Issue can NOT be recreated without prompt page.
