PI55037: CHART OUTPUT FORMAT NOT AS DESIRED AFTER APPLYING FIXPACK.

APAR status

Error description

• Customer installed Cognos 10.1.1 FP3, after the installation of
  FP3 some of the other bar charts are not giving output as
  previously.
  
  Customer has few reports where a list object is used and a
  horizontal bar chart is used within the list. The chart displays
  the measure values within the horizontal bar chart. Customer has
  seen the following issues post FP3 installation wrt to the
  horizontal bar charts, compared to pre FP3.
  
  1. When the measure value is very close to the max axis range
  value, it does not get displayed after the bars.
  2. When the measure value is very small (eg. 0.1), the bar is
  displayed but the value are not displayed next to the bars.
  3. We cannot change the font size of the displayed values.
  4. There is not enough space between the bar and the displayed
  values. If we use pattern in data format property, we cannot
  control the decimal separator for different languages.
