Error description

• You will see performance delays when loading Resource Trees via
  the "Resources" tab when your data requires a large
  number of rows to be rendered.
  

Local fix

• This problem can be minimized by using a resource tree with more
  layers, such that expanding any given folder (including the set
  of base resources) results in a smaller number of rows, and thus
  less CPU usage.
