Error description

• In Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v9.1.1.2, real-time
  syntax check raises invalid error for VALUE clause with quotes
  on continuation line.
  
  For example, the following COBOL declarations:
  
  01 VALUEATTR001   PIC X(86)   value 'CODE0001 TEST SINGLE QUOTE'
  -          '' OPERATOR A "="'.
  
  01 STRING1 PIC X(86).
         88 VALUEATTR002         value 'CODE0001 TEST SINGLE
  QUOTE'
  -          ''OPERATOR A "=" '.
  
  gives errors:
  
  - "VALUE" expected instead of this input
  - "MissingLiteralCompletion" inserted to complete scope
  

Local fix

• There is no known workaround at this time.
