Error description

• When message DMH1771I message is generated during BMS Map
  processing, it is information in nature, but the return code
  value assigned to it is 8 (as opposed to, for example, 4).
  This causes confusion  for users trying to resolve "errors"
  reported on the Activity log in order to reduce their Program
  error rate, which eliminating these DMH1771I messages will not
  impact.

Problem summary

• In the context of BMS maps and map sets references in CICS SEND
  and RECEIVE commands within a Program, when no literal(s) for
  referenced data elements are found, RAA is displaying an
  undocumented informational message (DMH1771I) and setting the
  return code to 8.
  

Problem conclusion

• Dynamic reference resolution for map sets and maps has changed
  to:
  1. Eliminate the undocumented DMH1771I message.
  2. Employ more robust tracing to identify the literal values
  for data elements used for MAPSET and MAP options on CICS
  RECEIVE/SEND MAP commands.
  3. Eliminate setting RC=8 when no literals are found for map
  set and/or map name. Whether or not a name is resolved to a
  literal or UNKNOWN no longer has influence on the return code
  for the Program's analysis status.
  4. Designate UNKNOWN for map set and map names that remain
  undetermined following completion of the Resolve dynamic
  references step of postprocessing.
