  WS-Reliable Messaging sequences should not be deleted if the
  sequence contains messages unless the sequence has been
  timed-out, terminated or administratively deleted.
  

Problem conclusion

• The programming error was fixed so that the erroneous sequence
  deletion request no longer occurs.  The code that processes
  sequence deletion requests was also modified so that
  deletion of non-empty Sequences now removes the sequence from
  the runtime but retains the sequences and the messages it
  contains in storage which are accessible via the adminstrative
  console and existing wsadmin commands.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.15, 8.5.5.14 and 9.0.0.8.  Please refer to the
