PI53253: USERS ARE ABLE TO "SAVE AS" A NEW EVENT STUDIO AGENT EVEN WHEN EVENT CONDITION IS INVALID. THIS CAUSES EVENT TO BECOME CORRUPT

Error description

• In event studio, if a created event does not have a valid event
  condition, the agent cannot be saved. Users can get around this
  however by doing a "Save As" on the agent as the condition is
  not validated before saving.
  
  Once the agent is saved without a valid condition, users can
  neither run the agent nor open it in event studio and it gets
  corrupted.
