Error description

• Using the DATA_URL option in the cordova-plugin-camera, saved
  images end up being rotated by 90 degrees on Samsung devices.
  This only happens if the photo is taken in
  portrait mode. It will save the photo as landscape by rotating
  it. When tested on Nexus devices, it saves to the photo album
  without any problems.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * Using the cordova-camera-plugin to save an image with the    *
  * DATA_URL option will always save the image in landscape      *
  * orientation on certain Android devices. This is problematic  *
  * when taking a picture in portrait orientation because the    *
  * image saves in landscape, rotating the image by 90 degrees.  *
  * This problem was seen on Samsung devices, but Nexus devices  *
  * did not have this issue. Other devices may be affected. To   *
  * fix the issue, the save function for the DATA_URL option     *
  * needed to be changed to save the image with the image        *
  * options instead of just the original image.                  *
