APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You will see an error when using the UCD Blueprint Designer
  longer than 60 minutes after you are logged on.
  Once it happens the UCD Blueprint Designer becomes unusable
  until you log out and log back in.
  
  This is caused by the UCD Blueprint designer setting the token
  as valid when it has already expired in keystone.
  

Local fix

• Increase the Keystone token expiration to 12 hours at the
  Keystone service.
