Error description

• REORGNEARINDREF and REORGFARINDREF in SYSIBM.SYSTABLESPACESTATS
  can become negative over the time when some unit of recovery
  doing deletes is rolled back.

  When the transaction involving an overflow record is rolled
  back, the RTS values REORGNEARINDREF and REORGFARINDREF are not
  set correctly .As a result, the RTS REORGNEARINDREF and
  REORGFARINDREF will have incorrect values.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code has been modified to set the RTS REORGNEARINDREF and
  REORGFARINDREF correctly during rollback of a SQL Delete or
  Update of an overflow record.
