Error description

• When using the DATA_URL destination type setting in the
  cordova-camera-plugin for Android, images do not get saved to
  the Android device's image gallery. To save to the image
  gallery, users would have to use other destination types instead
  because the functionality was not present for DATA_URL.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The functionality of saving an image to the gallery on an    *
  * Android device did not exist when using the                  *
  * cordova-camera-plugin with the destination-type setting      *
  * DATA_URL. The functionality is present in iOS, and was only  *
  * implemented just recently for Android. When a user would use *
  * this setting along with the option, saveToPhotoAlbum set to  *
  * true, the image would not save to the Android device's photo *
  * album or gallery app. The solution is to write to the photo  *
  * album when saveToPhotoAlbum is set to true for all           *
  * destination-types. This allows all images to be saved.       *
