  The client reported that on ClearQuest Web, when he submits a
  child record from a parent record, the new popup window opened
  to save the child record data shows a parent/child controller
  with two references for the parent project record,instead of one
  reference.  Once you save the record and redisplay it, the
  record displays correctly.

Problem conclusion
