Error description

• Multi-tabular pages in Report Studio and a prompt filter page.
  Report consists of a footer with the parameterized function
  expressions PageCount().
  Execution of HTML report 1st time,  generates as expected with
  the report tabs shown with results with Cognos Viewer, however
  re-run of the report show a blank prompt page name Prompt Page
  1 with no observed report output or tabs shown.
