Error description

• When running a REORG SHRLEVEL NONE under DB2 11, an abend
  00C90101 DSNIKESR:5001 occurs.
  
  REORG SHRLEVEL CHANGE works OK, but SHRLEVEL REFERENCE or
  NONE both get an abend 00C90101 DSNIKESR:5001.
  
  The same job works OK under DB2 10.

  A REORG TABLESPACE SHRLEVEL NONE with SORTDATA NO was ran on a
  multi-table segmented table space.  It abended with ABEND04E
  RC00C90101 at DSNIKESR ERQUAL5001 during the UNLOAD phase.
  This problem occurred because an internal control block was not
  reinitialized due to a flag was not reset after the REORG
  unloaded the first table.
  The same problem can happen for REORG SHRLEVEL REFERENCE.
  

Problem conclusion

• REORG code has been modified to reset the flag when unloading
  the next table in the table space.
