Error description

• COBOL run time routine IGZXCICS (_get_PO_filename) is looping
  when receiving an ILLOGIC response on an Inquire Program
  command.

  *                      TEST option is run under CICS, and the  *
  *                      transaction is terminating due to a     *
  *                      condition, the transaction may go into  *
  *                      a loop while the CEEDUMP is being       *
  *                      written.                                *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  While providing LE DUMP services information to be printed in
  the CEEDUMP, the COBOL runtime fails to handle an error return
  code from the INQUIRE PROGRAM CICS command.
  

Problem conclusion

• The COBOL runtime was corrected to recover from error return
  codes returned by the INQUIRE PROGRAM CICS command.
