PI52468: SSAS CUBE WITH MEASURE NUMBER SCALE FORMAT OF #,##0,;-#,##0, DOES NOT WORK

Error description

• In Analysis Studio, either get error ANS-MES-0003 A server
  error occurred. Unable to complete the action. or the number
  scaling is ignored, when using a SQL Server Analysis Services
  (SSAS) cube with a Measure Format String of #,##0,;-#,##0,
  which incorporates number scaling, whereby the number to be
  formatted is divided by 1000 for each extra comma at the end of
  the format.
  
  For example, a number 987654321 which would normally be shown
  as 987,654,321 would be scaled down to 987,654 because of
  the one extra comma at the end of the format.
