Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: During channel intitiator address space *
  *                      termination, should a delay of over ten *
  *                      seconds occur in any terminating PubSub *
  *                      task, message CSQX053E may be issued    *
  *                      accompanied by a CSQSNAP dump.          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  During channel initiator termination, a delay of ten seconds in
  any terminating PubSub task will result in a CSQX053E FFST
  error. The FFST will have a probe id of 54 and contains the text
  "psiStopAllTasks". The delay may be caused by underlying
  operating system delays, such as calls to WTO being slowed down.
  

Problem conclusion

• Shutdown monitoring of the PubSub tasks has been amended to be
  more tolerant of minor system delays. MQ will now wait for up to
  sixty seconds before issuing an FFST.
